You need the control-center only to:
Installation and update of the monitoring
The monitoring is automatically installed from the control-center by the
first start or the first configuration of the monitoring. The update is
executed automatically, if a newer version launched on the computer.
(1) Start and stop of the monitoring
If the monitoring was started, the monitoring runs without the control-center.
You can close the control-center and remove from the monitored computer.
The best way is, copy the control-center onto a removable media (e.g. flash
card, USB flash drive).
(2) Configuration of the monitoring
In the configuration can be changed the settings for the monitoring.
(3) Uninstall of the monitoring
To uninstall the monitoring, click on Uninstall in the main menu of the
control-center. Afterwards if necessary to restart the computer. Please
notice, that it does not be sufficient to delete the control-center. The
monitoring can only uninstalled by the control-center.

Open local records
Local records are recorded activities from the monitoring. To open the local
records click in the menu File on the entry Local Records.
The local records can be automatically opened by the start of the control-center.
Activate in the menu File the option Load automatically local
records. |

Open log-files
The local records are saved in log-files to send this files. Log-files have
the file extension *.pca.
To open of this files, the following methods are available:
- in the menu File the function Log-file open from...
- by move the file on the program window (Drag&Drop)
- by double click on the file, if the file extension *.pca associated
with this program
To open the log-files, the following programs can be used:
- the control-center of PC Agent
- the PC Agent Log-File-Viewer
- the PC Agent Monitoring Server
If you are requested, enter the password with which the log-file was
encoded.
