How do I use the control-center?
The monitoring is installed from the control-center. If the monitoring
was started, the monitoring runs without the control-center. You
can close the control-center and remove from the monitored computer.
The best way is, copy the control-center onto a removable media
(e.g. flash card, USB flash drive).
How can I uninstall the monitoring?
To uninstall the monitoring, click on Uninstall in the main menu
of the control-center. Afterwards if necessary to restart the computer.
Please notice, that it does not be sufficient to delete the control-center.
The monitoring can only uninstalled by the control-center.
How can I deactivate the warning?
In the unlicensed version appears a warning about the use of this
software. This warning can be deactivated after the input of the
license. Enter the licence key in the text field and click on the
button Switch Free.
How can I install the monitoring?
The monitoring is automatically installed by the first start or
the first configuration of the monitoring.
The software is detected by antivirus software.
The software is neither a virus nor a trojan horse and it is also
not based one of both. Should the software be detected, download
the newest version or declare a exception for the control-center
or the monitoring in the antivirus software. If you have already bought the licence key, you can
download the software also in the
Customer-Center.
The licence key does not work.
Please, enter the licence key just as you have received him.
Can I use the licence key on several systems?
A licence key may not be used at the same time on several systems.
If the licence key should be used on another system, the licence
key must be removed from the configuration or the monitoring must
be uninstalled. The licence key are deactivated if used on several
systems at the same time.
How do I remove the licence key from the configuration?
To remove the licence key, open the configuration and click in the
register Info on to the button Remove licence key.
How can I open the records?
To open the local records click in the menu File on the entry
Local Records or by double click on the file, if the file extension
*.pca associated with this program.
Works the monitoring also in terminal sessions?
Yes. The monitoring works also in terminal sessions.
Works the monitoring also in 64-Bit operating
systems?
No. At the moment the monitoring does not support 64-Bit operating
systems.
